InvisibleHosts provides managed offshore VPS hosting, domain services, server administration, migration and backup options. Services are delivered from selected jurisdictions and remain subject to the laws of the service location.
Services are billed in advance. VPS services are non-refundable once provisioning begins. Cryptocurrency payments are final and irreversible. Unauthorized chargebacks may be treated as fraud.
US DMCA notices do not trigger automatic takedown where they do not directly govern the service location. Notices are reviewed under applicable local law and provider obligations.
Where legally possible, clients are informed before action and may be offered migration assistance. We do not guarantee indefinite hosting and will act when legally compelled.
InvisibleHosts does not proactively monitor customer content. Clients are responsible for lawful use under the hosting jurisdiction. Offshore does not mean unrestricted or lawless use.
Copyright-disputed, adult, controversial, archival or indexing content may be considered subject to jurisdiction, upstream policy and operational risk. Such content is not automatically removed but may be reviewed when valid legal or infrastructure pressure arises.
Clients are responsible for hosted content, applications, server credentials, compliance and independent backups. InvisibleHosts is not responsible for client misuse or misconfiguration.
Hosted data remains the client’s property. Where legally possible, clients receive notice, a retrieval opportunity or migration assistance before termination.
We aim for minimal data collection, no proactive content monitoring and temporary logs limited to operations, security and abuse mitigation. Privacy varies by payment method and jurisdiction.
InvisibleHosts is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data or revenue, legal consequences of customer content or third-party enforcement. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid for the current billing period.
Services may be suspended or terminated for local legal requirements, AUP violations, fraud, abuse, chargebacks or payment disputes.
Terms may be updated by posting a revised version. Continued use constitutes acceptance. The service is governed by the law applicable to its hosting jurisdiction; US or EU courts do not have automatic authority solely because a customer or complainant is located there.
Service-specific availability and legal requirements are kept visible instead of hidden behind broad marketing promises.
No. Offshore hosting describes infrastructure location and operating context. Applicable law, provider policy, abuse prevention and court orders still apply.
Plan pricing is shown before checkout. Domain availability and registrar pricing are revalidated before the invoice is created.
New visitors can use the public contact form. Existing customers should open a portal ticket so staff can verify the account and service context.
The page explains the service in plain language. The order, active policy version and service-specific terms control where details differ.
Material updates may be published in the announcements area and reflected in the dated policy page or customer portal.
