Straight answers

Know what you are buying.

Service-specific availability and legal requirements are kept visible instead of hidden behind broad marketing promises.

What is an EPP or auth code?

It is a transfer credential issued by the current registrar. InvisibleHosts encrypts it for processing and does not return the plaintext value through public cart responses.

What must I do before starting a transfer?

Confirm that the domain is eligible, unlock it, obtain the current EPP code and ensure you can receive messages sent to the registrant contact.

Will my website or email stop during transfer?

A registrar transfer does not normally change nameservers by itself. Downtime can still occur if DNS settings expire or are changed, so current records should be documented first.

How long does a domain transfer take?

Timing is controlled by the registries and registrars involved. Some transfers complete after explicit approval; others remain pending for several days.

Can I transfer several domains together?

Yes. The bulk-transfer workspace keeps portfolio validation separate from the single-domain form and reports issues per domain before checkout.

Why can a transfer be rejected?

Common causes include a locked domain, incorrect EPP code, recent registration or transfer restrictions, unresolved disputes, expiry state or inaccurate registrant contact information.
